HOW IT GOT STARTED

Hi I’m Shemika and this is my daughter Sophia ! We are so happy that you took time to visit our site. We started Blossom 3 years ago as a way to encourage mothers and daughter to spend more time together. We’ve had tea parties, paint parties, and a host of events to celebrate the relationship between mother’s and their daughters! Last year we decided to take it a step further and hold our first workshop about Hygiene , Puberty , and Menstrual Period. And from there bloomed “BLOSSOM UNIVERSITY”!

Provide a host of events, workshops, and one on one mentorship that complements healthy communication between mothers and daughters. We provide education and implementation that assist in the development of young girls.

Goal

Every mom and daughter in our community realizes that their relationship deserves

intentionality and that they never feel alone on that journey.
